Elizabeth serves on the WakeCharlotte alumni board and is an active member of Women Executives. She and her husband, Mort, are parents to twin boys.

Steve has been providing executive search services since 2007 and joined Sockwell Partners in 2011. He also brings significant experience in industry including senior management roles at a private equity-backed healthcare provider and three private equity-backed technology/manufacturing companies. Steve enjoys time with family and is always up for most any type of game. He is currently a partner at Social Venture Partners – an organization focused on venture philanthropy. Bob has been with Sockwell Partners since 1995 and has been a Managing Director since 2001. Prior to joining Sockwell, Bob was an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse from 1990 – 1995 in Charlotte. Bob has been married for 25 years to his wife, Meredith. They have two daughters, Ellison, a recent college graduate, and Annie, a college sophomore. Bob is a passionate sports fan, particularly basketball and women’s lacrosse. A single digit handicap golfer, he also enjoys regular exercise.

Patricia Zoder

Patricia came to Sockwell Partners in 2014. Prior to joining Sockwell, her career focused on serving the nonprofit community. She brings over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector including fundraising, project management, board governance, evaluation and communications. She is a graduate of Leadership Charlotte. In her free time, Patricia enjoys tutoring a 3rd grader through Heart Math Tutoring and volunteers for several other nonprofits. She also enjoys working out, fishing, hiking and travel—not necessarily in that order.
